Christmas Happenings

Christmas season moves along. I am being very creative to do a lot with a little this year. So far, Aaron graduated from Police Academy, Jaime got a promotion, Jaime hosted a wine tasting at her house that she won earlier this year at a charity event. (She even won the tickets to the charity event in the first place.) Still to come, Hannuka dinner at Aaron's parents' house, a traditional cookie party at my friend's house, Christmas Eve at my house, a Christmas visit from Roger's son, Martin, Christmas morning at Jaime's house and Christmas dinner at Martin's mother's house. I LOVE CHRISTMAS!

Nibbles and Lily

We had a little visitor last week. Lily. My sister-in-law's little malty-poo. Mary was in the hospital for a few days so we brought Lily home with us. She and Nibbles did not stop wrestling and playing the whole time she was here. She could not jump up on the bed as Nibbles does, so we all got some peaceful sleep at night with her in a doggy bed by my side. You can see that I really tried to get a cute picture of them but each time they moved or looked away just as the flash went off.

School is out for the summer. Jonah is turning 10 years old and going on a camping trip to celebrate. I took Jonah and Jill to the bookstore for his and her upcoming birthdays. They both chose Wimpy Kid books and tee shirts. Jill is moving on to second grade and looking forward to her birthday in July. Oh, and one more milestone, Mia is potty trained!!! She has been doing great the last few days. Happy News!!!
